A rich buffet for breakfast which consists of homemade sweets, croissants, yoghurt with cereals, good homemade jams made by the owners and fresh fruit. For the lovers of salted food, we propose also cold cuts, boiled and scrambled eggs. Upon request there are also omelettes and eggs “all’occhio di bue”.
As you enter in the dining room, there is a buffet of vegetables and salads. The waiters are prepared and kind and will accompany you through a taste itinerary which consist of five courses proposed by our family chef Paolo. The dishes are curated, tasty and made with professionality, love and fantasy.
You can also taste local specialties such as “canederli”, “puzzone”, a typical cheese from Moena, deer stew with polenta and mushrooms, but also innovative dishes, result of researches and dedication.
We pay a particular attention to our celiac guests, and we guarantee them a wide choice of attested and often also homemade products.
